Monday, November 14
•At 11:00 p.m. police officers responded to the 150 block of East Third Street. Issac Coley, 18, was referred for charges in connection with the alleged theft a cell phone valued at $275.
Tuesday, November 22
•At 5:06 p.m. police cited a juvenile for possession of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting and providing false information to police at the Mankato Avenue Kwik Trip.
Thursday, November 24
•At 12:47 a.m. police cited Demetrius Marquay O’Connor, 26, of Winona, and Jarvis Rashaad Bush, 23, of Rochester, for possession of a small amount of marijuana after an officer detected the odor of fresh marijuana and located 4.4 grams of marijuana on the floor upon searching the vehicle. Both men denied ownership of the marijuana.
•At 11:46 p.m. Mitchell Paul Kreidemacher, 18, of Rollingstone, was cited for underage consumption at a traffic stop near Third and Washington streets. A can of beer was allegedly found lying next to him.
