The men of Cedar Valley Lutheran Church will hold their annual Oyster Stew and Chili Dinner on Sunday, December 4, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Featured will be oyster stew, chili, sandwiches, gelatin salads, cakes and beverages. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12, and free for children under 5. The women of the church will be having their annual Bake and Craft Sale at the same time.
The Cedar Valley Folk Group will lead the 10 a.m. worship service. Folk Group members are Gayle Nottleman, Stacy Hughes-Anderson, Jason Marek-Spartz, and Diane McNally Forsyth.
The church is located on County Road 9 between Highway 61 and Witoka.
