The Whitewater Joint Powers Board will meet on Thursday, December 8, at 8:30 a.m. in the Whitewater State Park Visitor’s Center, 19041 Hwy 74, Altura.
December 12
The monthly board meeting of the Stockton, Rollingstone, Minnesota City Watershed District will be held December 12, at 7 p.m. at the Stockton Community Center.
The Catholic Daughters of the Americas will meet December 12, at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart at 6:00 p.m. for a Christmas social and meeting. Members are asked to bring an appetizer to serve. This is the time to bring gifts for Birthright and white socks for Caring and Sharing Hands.

Winona County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors will hold their regular monthly board meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 14, at the Ag Service Center in Lewiston.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Minnesota sponsors free support groups for families who have a relative with a mental illness. Led by trained facilitators who also have a family member with mental illness, the support groups help families develop better coping skills and find strength through sharing their experiences.
