The Winona Senior Friendship Center is open to all individuals age 55 and over. Plymouth Playhouse: Church Basement Ladies “A Mighty Fortress,” Wednesday, April 4, from 8 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Menu: Chicken buffet lunch. Members: $67, nonmembers $72. Register by March 3.

Pedicures: Tuesday, February 21, March 13, April 10, April 24, 8:30-11:30 a.m. A service provided by Winona Southeast Technical College nursing students. Appointments requested. Cost $5, payable to the students.
Full Body or Chair Massages: February 23, 24, 1:00-3:30 p.m. 1 hour $40, 1/2 hour $25, 15 minutes chair $14.50. Appointments needed.
Simply Good Eating: February 27, 11 a.m. Cost: $5. During this session a simple, nutritious, inexpensive meal will be prepared. Bring your own container to take home. Space is limited. Preregistration required.
Zumba Gold Class: Thursdays, March 1 - April 5, 4 p.m. Structured for adults 55 and older. Please register. Members: $20 for the six week session.
