Saturday, January 28
•At 12:50 a.m. police arrested Edward Ian Richardson, 21, of Winona, for driving while intoxicated after he ran into the car in front of him in the Hardee’s drive thru. Test results showed that Richardson had a blood alcohol content of .18 percent. He was referred to the Winona County Attorney’s office for fourth degree driving while intoxicated.
•At 11:37 police referred Michael John Miller, 52, of St. Charles, Minn., to the Winona County Attorney’s office for violating a restraining order.
Wednesday, Feb. 22
•At 8:43 a.m. police responded to a report that a GPS was stolen from a pickup truck that was parked on the 400 block of Lafaytte Street. There was no sign of forced entry.
•At 8:47 a.m. police arrested Larry John Stanek, 57, of Winona, after he violated a harassment order when he drove by the petitioner and yelled at her at Fifth and Pelzer Streets. Stanek was referred to the Winona County Attorney’s office for gross misdemeanor violating a harassment order.
Thursday, February 23
•At 8:04 a.m. police ticketed a 15-year-old male for disorderly conduct after he pushed a school officer.

Wednesday, Feb.22
•At 11:00 a.m. deputies arrested Nathan Frederick Schuman, 46, of Lewiston, Minn., for possession in the fifth degree after they executed a search warrant. Deputies found white residue in a straw that later tested positive for methamphetamine, a small bag of marijuana, a glass pipe, a bag with marijuana residue inside and other drug paraphernalia.
•At 11:30 a.m. deputies arrested James Alan Millard, 52, of St. Charles, Minn., after it was reported that Millard came into a car repair shop where he came across a 51-year-old man who has a restraining order against him. It was reported that Millard assaulted the complainant and then threatened to stab him in the neck with a screwdriver. The complainant had injuries to his right hand and shoulder, the left side of his face and his nose. A witness reported hearing Millard threaten to kill the complainant. Millard said the complainant started the fight when he hit Millard in the face with an impact tool.
