The Hiawatha Valley Civil War Round Table will meet on Thursday, March 8, at 7:00 p.m., on the second floor of the History Center, 160 Johnson Street, Winona. The presentation by James Parlow will deal with a relatively unknown chapter of Civil War history, entitled “the greatest unarmed hero” of the Civil War.
