Saturday, March 10
At 2:36 a.m. deputies ticketed Graham Michael Hennessy, 20, of Minnesota City, Minn., for possession of a small amount of marijuana, Jacob Brian Ruppert, 20, of Winona, for underage consumption and a 17-year-old for minor possession of smoking tobacco after they were stopped at the intersection of Fifth and Main streets.
At 10:36 p.m. deputies arrested Alan Roy Wandling, 49, of La Crosse, Wis., for fourth degree driving while intoxicated after deputies observed him speeding, swerving and making wide turns on Hwy. 61. Wandling had a blood alcohol content of .15 percent.
At 12:16 a.m. deputies arrested Adam Galarza, 30, of Dakota, Minn., after he was stopped for speeding. Deputies observed signs of intoxication from Galarza. He had a blood alcohol content of .17 percent and was referred to the Winona County Attorney’s office for third degree driving while intoxicated.

At 9:34 p.m. deputies arrested Steven Hurley White, 53, of La Crescent, Minn., for domestic assault fear after he grabbed his wife during an argument about money.

Monday, March 12
At 6:26 p.m. police ticketed Stephanie Jade Stevens, 20, of Winona, with misdemeanor theft after she admitted taking money from residents at Sauer Memorial Home located at 1635 Service Drive.
Sunday, March 11
At 12:40 a.m. police ticketed Susan Lynn Haxton, 18, of Winona, for under 21 drinking and driving, under 21 consumption, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing the legal process. Haxton was then arrested for violating a probation order in which she was to abstain from using drugs or alcohol.

At 1:36 a.m. police arrested Theodore Joshua Gergen, 21, of Winona, for fourth degree driving while intoxicated after he was stopped at Fifth and Center Streets. Gergen had a blood alcohol content of .13 percent.
Friday, March 9
At 9:57 p.m. arrested Carl Henry Zeman, 25, of Winona, for third degree driving while intoxicated after he rear-ended a car at Huff and Sarnia Streets. Zeman had a blood alcohol content of .25 percent.
At 10:47 p.m. police ticketed Justin Dean Armstrong, 19, of Winona, Samantha Rae Berg, 19, of Winona, Kaitlyn Elisabeth Boggan, 19, of Winona, Bryant Barry Coleman, 18, of Winona, Pete Jonathon Dienger, 18, of Winona, Jose Manuel Fajardo, 18, of Winona, Susan Lynn Haxton, 18, of Winona, Christopher John Kreidermacher, 19, of Winona, Mitchell David Kronebush, 19, of Winona, Brandon James Zabrowski, 18, of Winona, as well as five minor females and one minor male for underage consumption. Police arrested Shane Robert Porter, 18, of Winona for hosting the party on the 650 block of West Fifth Street at which the underaged people were served alcohol. Porter was referred to the Winona County Attorney’s office for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, violation of the city’s social host ordinance, obstructing the legal process and underage consumption.
