Stan Gudmundson hit the nail on the head with his letter about Rush Limbaugh not having to apologize to the young woman he blasted about her ethics. Rush was absolutely correct in his description of her. What he spoke was the absolute unvarnished truth. There is no such thing as an accidental pregnancy. It is the direct result of a deliberate act between two people of the opposite sex, (regardless of the method of accomplishment), so it is bound by the laws of cause and effect, and it is not an accident like a toothache or cancer or a sore foot.
If the resulting pregnancy is ended by killing the fetus, you can call it “abortion“, “termination” or any other nice name you can think of but it is still flat out unconditional, first degree, premeditated murder. Anyone even thinking about such a process should have to watch a film of the “procedure” and see if it does not give you an upset stomach. The world was aghast after hearing that Hitler had killed over six million people, Jewish, Polish and others. But now here in the United States a few old men in black robes have decided that it was okay and as a result over 50 million have been killed because they said It was legal.
Now this young gal wants to be able to do this and expects me, a Catholic to whom this is inconceivable, to pay for it. Absolutely not. And if the government goes ahead and does this they might have a revolution on their hands and wonder why. You can’t make somebody pay for something that’s against their religion.
And if it does come to pass then this is not the United States of America anymore.
