The Wabasha County Historical Society is hosting a special “Magic at the Museum” event with comedic magician Star Michaelina on Sunday, May 20, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. The museum will be open until 4:00 p.m.
Star Michaelina has been presenting her comedy magic for 19 years. Her eye popping illusions, hilarious comedy and fun filled audience participation have made her one of the country’s top family entertainers. Star has performed her magic as far away as Thailand and as close as the Wabasha Library. Her clients have included the Minnesota State Fair, Target, Delta and Macy’s. She has also had the pleasure of performing at Treasure Island Resort and Casino, Wizardz Magic Theatre in Orlando, Magic Chicago and at Bally’s Casino in Las Vegas. You can bring the whole family to this fast-paced show; it is designed to appeal to all ages (even Grumpy Old Men).
Join us for an interesting and fun afternoon of magic, participation, and learning.
There is a $5 entrance fee for the general public. Museum members are admitted for free.
The Wabasha County Historical Society Museum starts their summer hours on May 19, 2012, on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. each weekend.
