On May 3, a Level three predatory offender will be moving into the 150 block of East Third Street.
Kenneth Maurice Lofton, 43, has a history of sexual contact with 13-year-old female victims. Contact included fondling and penetration and Lofton often provided alcohol to his victims prior to the offending behavior.
Lofton is not wanted by the police and has served the sentence imposed on him by the court.
