The Winona Flower and Garden Club will meet Tuesday, May 8, at 6:30 p.m. at the Eagles Club, 210 E. 4th Street, Winona. Yearly plans for the club will be discussed and implemented. Light refreshments will be served. Guests are invited and encouraged to attend.

Winona County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors will hold their regular monthly board meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 9, at the Ag Service Center in Lewiston.
May 10
The Hiawatha Valley Civil War Round Table will meet on Thursday, May 10, at 7:00 p.m., on the second floor of the Winona County History Center, 160 Johnson Street, Winona. Our speaker will be David Spriegel, whose topic is: “Some previously unknown documents by Abraham Lincoln,” which were recently discovered. Harvest House, a non-profit, non-denominational organization for 50 and getting better, will hold their monthly meeting Wednesday, May 16, in St. Stanislaus Hall. Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. with Father Paul Breza as celebrant, for those wishing to attend. There will be a business meeting, followed with music for our entertainment. Bring a non-perishable food item for a needy family. Lunch will be served.
