At 11:18 p.m. police ticketed Dylan Desmond Dambach, 19, of Winona, for underage consumption. Dambach was outside Market Street Tap with an open beer bottle.
Thursday, May 3
At 12:29 a.m. an alcohol compliance check was administered at McCunes Public House and police cited Erin Marie Kappers, 20, of Rochester, Haley Rae Halliday, 18, of Fridley, Laura Christine Roesslein, 20, of Crystal Lake, Ill., and Heather Rae Daley, 19, of Winona, for underage consumption. Bar manager Matthew Thomas Kiefer, 29, of Winona, and bouncer Hugo Hernandez, 24, of Winona, were referred to the Winona County Attorney’s office for furnishing alcohol to minors and liability for crimes of another.
At 12:30 a.m. police ticketed Mara Cathryn Anderson Keys, 19, of St. Paul, for underage drinking and driving after Keys backed into a parked vehicle outside McCunes Public House.
At 1:21 a.m. police ticketed George Hampton Dahl, 21, of Winona, for fleeing on foot. Dahl was seen hiding near vehicles in the vicinity of a Uhaul lot at Second and Winona streets. A short foot pursuit occurred and police found Dahl hiding under a nearby porch.
At 11:16 a.m. police arrested Aaron Reginald-Cal Nelson, 24, of St. Charles, for first and second degree burglary, criminal damage to property, violation of harassment restraining order and harassment stalking. A woman filed numerous complaints against Nelson for repeated harassment and damage to personal property of more than $3,000. Nelson will be referred to the Winona County Attorney.
At 2:48 p.m. police responded to a report of two counterfeit $50 bills being found at Mankato Bar.
At 3:18 p.m. police ticketed Diane Lee Huwald, 58, of Winona for theft and shoplifting after she allegedly stole cosmetics from Walmart.
At 5:22 p.m. police responded to a report of a burglary in the 55 block of East Howard Street after a women said she found her garage door open. Two collectible Herbie Fully Loaded remote control cars were stolen.
At 8:20 p.m. police responded to report in the 250 block of East Fourth Street of a man passed out on a porch. Police ticketed Nicholas Logan Stevens, 20, for underage consumption.
At 8:48 p.m. police responded to a report of a man exposing himself in a hallway at Valley View Towers. Police ticketed Brent Lee Johnson, 49, of Winona, with disorderly conduct.
At 9:57 p.m. police arrested Keegan Arthur Rosett, 22, of Ramsey, for fourth degree driving while intoxicated. Rosett had a blood alcohol content of .13 percent.
Friday, May 4
At 1:35 a.m. police responded to a report at Maplewood Townhomes from a woman stating Antoneyo Robinson, 33, of Chicago, hit the left side of her face and put his hand around her throat. Robinson was charged with obstructing the legal process and fifth degree domestic assault causing fear and harm.

Thursday, May 3
At 1:34 a.m. a deputy arrested Zachary Daniel Beier, 21, of Winona, for third degree driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign. Beier was charged with marijuana in the vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. His passenger was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
At 4:38 p.m. deputies arrested Neil Alan Jaspers, 34, of Winona, for fifth degree domestic assault causing fear after he was involved in an argument with his wife.
At 7:08 p.m. deputies arrested George Joseph Davis Jr., 19, of Winona, for fifth degree domestic assault causing fear and violence at Green Terrace Way after his wife said he was verbally threatening her.
