Celebrate National Prevention Week by attending a panel discussion on current youth substance abuse trends in Winona and ways to prevent youth substance abuse. Speakers include Todd Hoffe, HVMHC, Brett Knutson, HVMHC, Becky Windschitl, Officer Kevin Kearney, Winona Police Department, and Julie Hatch, Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist.
The event is sponsored by Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center.
