Winona County Master Gardeners plant sale, June forum (05/23/2012)

Winona County Master Gardeners will host a plant sale in conjunction with the first garden forum on Saturday, June 2 at the gazebo in Windom Park. The plant sale will be from 9:00-12:00 a.m. with the forum running from 10:00-11:00 a.m. The forum topic will be ‘Using Groundcovers’ presented by Master Gardener, Sue Ann Mullen. Topics for the remaining months will be determined by those who attend June 2nd. Forums provide gardeners an opportunity to discuss current topics in addition to open discussion time when questions can be answered. No prior gardening experience is necessary. Rain or shine, bring a folding chair and enjoy shopping at the plant sale and learning more about gardening in Minnesota.
