Monday, June 4

At 12:46 p.m. a female in the 150 block of East Third Street filed a police report stating her purse had been stolen out of her car during the night. The victim stated she did not need police dispatched and only wanted to file a statement.

At 6:23 p.m. police ticketed Korryn Carol Adams, 21, of Winona, for shoplifting at Shopko. Police said Adams concealed a shirt valued at $29.99 in her pants.

Friday, June 1

At 12:21 p.m. police responded to a report of theft of a 2002 25-horse power Mercury motor, valued between $1,000 and $1,500, from a vehicle parked in an alley on the 300 block of Center Street.

Sunday, June 3

At 3:58 p.m. police cited Barbara Eileen Dropps, 51, of Winona, for shoplifting after she took $291 worth of groceries from Hy-Vee.

At 1:22 a.m. police arrested Matthew James Anderson, 24, of Winona, for fleeing police by means other than a motor vehicle and probation violation. It was reported that Anderson was weaving in the road on his bicycle near Huff and Tenth Streets and refused to stop when officers turned on lights, turned on sirens and verbally asked him to stop. He eventually lost control and fell off of the bicycle in the rear parking lot of Mugby Junction. Anderson had a preliminary breath test of .228 percent.

Monday, June 4

At 3:46 a.m. police ticketed Bradley Michael Suchla, 22, of Winona, for public nuisance and fleeing the police on foot after he slammed a door in an officer’s face and hid in his neighbors house when officers responded to a complaint of loud music at a residence located in the 250 block of Lafayette Street.

Thursday, May 31

At 7:56 officers referred Brandon Scott Bork, 24, of St. Charles, to the Winona County Attorney’s office for intent to escape motor vehicle tax and unlawful use of license plate after he took license plates off one car and put them on another.

Saturday, June 2

At 11:58 p.m. officers arrested Brandon Paul Sebo, 39, of Dakota, for driving after cancelation and inimicable to public safety after officers observed suspicious driving near Hwy 3 and County Road 12. Blood alcohol content tests are pending.

At 4:15 p.m. officers arrested Lisa Marie Roth, 37, of Winona, for driving after revocation and open container after she was stopped for weaving across fog and centerlines multiple times. Blood alcohol content tests are pending.

At 5:50 p.m. James Patrick Ryan Jr., 62, of Rochester, was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries after the side car of his motorcycle went off the roadway causing him to lose control, get ejected from the bike and roll through the ditch.
