We are having a display of things I have made over the years in the art gallery at St. Mary’s University this summer. Included will be wood turnings, wood carvings, photographs, and other things I have made, including inventions. However, there is one item I cannot find that would probably generate the most interest. It is called a chaos pendulum, or, by some, the Devil’s pendulum. My guess is that someone borrowed it but never brought it back. Its movement is so weird and surprising that anyone who has seen it cannot possibly forget it. My hope is that someone who has seen it can provide me with clues that will help me track it down. Call me at 452-4430.
