Monday, June 25
Deputies responded to a report of an enclosed, white trailer, belonging to Star Energy Services, stolen from County Road 37 near St. Charles. Inside the trailer was a forest green 2008 Honda four-wheeler, valued at $6,000. It was reported the trailer was taken between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Sunday, June 16
At 1:31 a.m. police ticketed Nicholas Logan Steven, 21, of Winona, for possession of drug paraphernalia after it was reported that he was passed out at Hardee’s.
Friday, June 22
At 2:53 p.m. police ticketed Brady Alexander Larson, 18, of Winona, for disorderly conduct at Little Caesar’s Pizza on West Fifth Street.
Sunday, June 24
At 9:07 a.m. police responded to a report of theft from a vehicle parked in the 750 block of West Seventh Street during the night. The complainant said he saw two young males carrying three 18-packs of soda and said they were taken from the vehicle. Upon further investigation, the complainant noticed 15 to 20 Christian music CD’s and a key missing from the vehicle.
Tuesday, June 26
At 9:07 p.m. police arrested Brandon Paul Sebo, 39, of Dakota, for driving after cancelation and being inimical to public safety after an officer recognized Sebo as he was driving.
At 2:05 p.m. police responded to a report of 20 CDs and loose change missing from an unlocked vehicle parked on the 700 block of East Ninth Street.
At 7:38 p.m. police responded to a report of missing jewelry from a resident at Lake Winona Manor. Missing were eight to 10 necklaces, one described as a 24-inch fine gold chain with birthstones for June, July, August, September, February and April, 40 sets of earrings, a small jewelry box and an older model Nokia cell phone. Estimated cost of the stolen jewelry is $1,000.

At 12:27 a.m. police arrested Roy Terreal Gore III, 26, of Goodview, for violation of a domestic abuse no contact order after someone called about a disturbance at 1116 Sugarloaf Road
At 1:31 a.m. police arrested Julie Ann Shelton, 29, of Winona, for fourth degree driving while intoxicated after she was stopped for swerving near 10th and Huff streets. Shelton had a blood alcohol content of .10 percent.
At 8:24 a.m. a Winona resident reported a tool box and jack cover had been taken from his unlocked pick up truck in an alley behind the 700 block of West Fourth Street.
At 12:15 p.m. police ticketed Robert Stewart Shaver, 56, of Winona, for leaving his dog in his van unattended in excessive heat.
At 4:10 p.m. police responded to a complaint from a Winona resident stating Martha Mae Kottschade-Brennan, 43, of Rochester, was making phone calls to the resident. Kottschade-Brennan was in violation of a current domestic abuse no contact order. She was cited for violating the order.

James Earl Golatt, 47, of Winona, was referred to the county attorney’s office for failure to register as a predatory offender. It was reported that Golatt failed to sign registration papers in April and officers have made several attempts to contact him about registering.
