Trempealeau County Sheriff Richard Anderson reports that on Friday, July 27, two search warrants were executed on separate residences in Trempealeau County. One residence in the City of Galesville resulted in three arrests and the second residence in the Town of Gale approximately 4 miles north of the City of Galesville resulted in two arrests. The search warrants were executed by the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department in conjunction with the Galesville Police Department, Independence Police Department and the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Department. The charges will be referred to the District Attorney’s Office.
Arrested were: Sara McConnell, 23, 16985 N. 6th St., Galesville, for possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to deliver, and possession of paraphernalia.
Zachary Wittenberg, 27, 16985 N. 6th St., Galesville, for possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to deliver, and manufacture/deliver heroin.
Jeffery Ellenz, 26, 16985 N. 6th St., Galesville, for possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to deliver, and maintain drug house.
Todd Wittenberg, 50, N20990 Thompson Ln., Galesville, for possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to deliver, and 2 counts of manufacture/deliver heroin.
Joshua Wittenberg, 29, N20990 Thompson Ln., Galesville, for possession of heroin.
