At 7:25 a.m. deputies arrested Dustin Zeller, 24, of Winona, for probation violation and disorderly conduct. Deputies were called to a residence at Green Terrace Way near Highway 61 on a call that Zeller was arguing with a female. He is being referred to the county attorney’s office.
Sunday, July 29
At 1:34 a.m. deputies ticketed Zachary Alan Pruka, 27, of Winona, for driving while intoxicated. A deputy on patrol on County Road 12 stopped Pruka for speeding when he detected the odor of alcohol. Pruka had a blood alcohol content of .10 percent. He is being referred to the county attorney’s office.

Saturday, July 28
At 12:03 a.m. police ticketed Alexander James Shea, 19, of St. Charles, for minor consumption of alcohol at a residence near Seventh and Walnut streets. Police were called on a welfare check and Shea had a blood alcohol content of .214 percent.
At 1:56 a.m. police ticketed Kyle David Kastello, 20, of La Crescent, and Will Russell Eddy, 19, of Minneapolis, for minor consumption of alcohol after an officer on patrol saw one of the males kick a motorcycle helmet near Ninth and Franklin streets.
At 11:47 a.m. a Winona resident reported the theft of a backpack containing prescription Percocet from a vehicle parked at the Westwood Apartments. The complainant said the window was rolled down enough that a person could reach in and unlock the vehicle. The backpack contained 60 5 mg. prescription pills of Percocet.
At 2:05 p.m. police arrested Mary Kay Brandenburg, 51, of Winona, for third degree driving while intoxicated, driving with a restricted license, obstruction of the legal process and gross misdemeanor test refusal at Westgate Apartments after a witness said Brandenburg got in her vehicle and drove off. Officers found Brandenburg sitting in the driver’s seat of her vehicle.
At 4:40 p.m. a Winona resident reported the theft of a boat motor from his residence at 502 Latsch Island. The complainant said the motor was taken sometime after 5 p.m. on Friday. The motor is a dark blue, 40 horsepower, early 90s Evinrude model. Estimated cost of the stolen property is $1,500.

At 1:49 a.m. police arrested Edward Lamont Williams, 41, of Sparta, Wis., near Lake Park Drive for violating an order for protection after he contacted the female with the order.
At 2:14 a.m. a Winona resident reported his right turn signal lens was broken on his vehicle parked in the 700 block of West Fifth Street.
At 5:35 a.m. police arrested Dillon Ray Desrosiers, 21, of Trego, Wis., for third degree criminal sexual conduct after he allegedly assaulted a 15-year-old female from Winona in the Walmart parking lot.
Monday, July 30
At 7 p.m. a Winona resident reported the theft of his flag pole with a plastic eagle on the tip. Estimated value of the stolen property is $50.
Tuesday, July 31
At 6:11 a.m. police ticketed a 17-year-old female from Winona for minor consumption of alcohol and violation of curfew. Police were called to a residence on North Baker Street on a probation violation and found the girl at the residence. Her blood alcohol content was .10 percent.

A criminal complaint has been filed against Casey Ray Kanz, 27, of Winona, for felony violation of a harassment restraining order. According to the complaint, on July 22, 2012, Kanz texted the female with the restraining order. Kanz has an initial court date of Sept. 13, 2012, at 8:30 a.m.
