“Fracking Near You” by regional artist Philip Taylor is a traveling storefront art exhibit on display in downtown Trempealeau , WI through August 25. Taylor describes his work which incorporates frac sand as a visual invitation for conversation about a contemporary issue. Taylor, a Winona native, currently resides in Rochester and has storefront exhibits in LaCrosse and Rochester. Taylor has exhibited extensively and was recently featured on the Austin KSMQ PBS station in their “Off 90” series.
