The Winona Senior Friendship Center is open to all individuals age 55 and over. The Senior Advocacy Program provides information and assistance to persons over age 60. If you need assistance please call 507-454-7369. Events at the Center:
Full Body Massages: August 23, 24, 30, 1:00-3:30 p.m. Appointments required. One hour - $40, 1/2 hour - $25, 15 minute chair - $14.50.
Water Tasting Challenge: Wednesday, August 29, at 1 p.m. Free. Do you think that fancy bottle of water tastes better than regular city water? How much do you know about Winona’s water supply? Join Bob Dunn, City of Winona Water Department Superintendent and take the water tasting challenge!
AARP Driver Safety Class (4 hour): Monday, September 10, 12:30-4:30 p.m. or 6-10 p.m. Preregistration and payment required. Cost: AARP member $14, nonmember $16.
