Bruce M. Seebold, age 62, of Minnesota City, Minn., died on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.
Bruce was born in Winona, Minn., on August 12, 1950. On May 21, 1975, he was united in marriage with Juanita Cordry, in Galena, Ill.
He honorably served his country with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war. Bruce was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church and had been employed as a union electrician for Peerless Chain, Trane, and the City Brewery.
Bruce is survived by the love of his life, Juanita Seebold, Minnesota City, Minn., children, Dusty (fiancée Renata Uhlendorf) Luedtke, Money Creek, Minn., and Sommer (Robert) Gulick, McConnell Air Force Base, Wichita, Kan., parents, Gertrude (Robert “Sam”) Schrandt, Winona, Minn., grandchildren, Willie, Toni, Dustin, Joey, Austin, Garrett and Tyler; brothers and sisters, Mary (Roger) Kingsley, David (Jackie) Rank, Tim Rank, Paul (Robin) Rank, Steve (Jane) Rank, Nancy (Dave) White, and Allyn Uebel; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John (Donna) Smoluch, Ruby (Tony) Chelmowski and Val (Amy) Cordry; his beloved cat, Buster; many nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Gertrude (Monahan) Seebold, and his brother-in-law, Arthur Cordry.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Minnesota City, Minn. The Reverend William Kulas will officiate.
Bruce will be laid to rest in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Minnesota City, Minn., where the American Legion Leon J. Wetzel Post 9 will provide full military honors.
Visitation will be held at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home on Monday, August 20, 2012, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., where Father Kulas will lead a Christian Wake Service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will also be held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 21, from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
