Our family and many others were greatly affected by the flood on August 19, 2007. My wife, 1-1/2-year-old granddaughter and I were rescued by boat and taken to St. Mary’s. Walt Kelly was there providing communications with the ham radios.
Walt Kelly would be a tremendous asset to the county board.
