October 15
Winona Shrine Auxiliary will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday, October 15, at Westfield Golf Club. The menu will be lasagna, breadsticks, salad, and dessert. $5.00 dues for 2013 can be paid at this meeting. For reservations call Connie Wood at 454-1781.
October 17
Harvest House, a nonprofit, non-denominational organization for 50 and getting better, will hold their monthly meeting Wednesday, October 17, at 1:30 p.m. in St. Stanislaus Hall. Celebration of Mass will be at 1:00 p.m. with Father Paul Breza as celebrant, for those wishing to attend. There will be a business meeting. Our speaker will be Allison Ogren, demonstrating simple exercise. Bring a nonperishable food item for a needy family. Lunch will be served.
October 23
The October meeting of the NorWin Lodge of the Sons of Norway will be at 7:00 p.m. October 23, at Central Lutheran Church. The Misty Mountain Boys will present a concert of Bluegrass music. The public is invited to join with the lodge members to enjoy the music and light refreshments

The Lois Club will meet Tuesday, October 30, at 12:30 p.m. at the Country Kitchen.
