Most of all rental properties in Winona have re-elect Olson signs in their yards. I doubt if many landlords live in these houses so it’s not the landlords voting. Does his challenger have the same opportunity to place signs in these yards?
Greg Olson is a City of Winona Building and Housing Inspector, who inspects these rentals, which seems like a conflict of interest. Can landlords ask for a specific inspector? If that would be the case, he wouldn’t have much inspecting to do. It’s time for a change.
