On October 24, from 7-8 p.m., the Winona Unit of Minnesota LWV will be holding its “first ever” candidates’ forum for the Winona County Offices of Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor District 1, District 2, District 3, and District 5. The public is invited to Winona City Hall, Council Chambers, to participate in this event or to view it on the Cable Charter and HBC government access channels.
