It is unlawful for any person to allow a vehicle, trailer, truck, or equipment to remain parked upon any part of the street right-of-way, within the City of Goodview; between the hours of one o’clock a.m., and seven o’clock a.m., during the months of November, December, January, February, and March.
This will facilitate the removal of snow from the streets by the Maintenance Department during the winter months. Vehicles so parked are subject to ticketing and towing.
NOTE: The street right-of-way in areas with curb and gutters, includes approximately seven (7) feet from the back side of the curb. In areas that do not have curb and gutters, the street right-of-way includes an area approximately twelve (12) feet on either side of the street surface.
It is also unlawful to plow, push, dump, blow, shovel, or by any other means, deposit snow upon any street, street right-of-way, alley, sidewalk, or any city land, without permission from the city.
