Justice Barry Anderson has served on the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for 14 years, and has earned respect for thoughtful and reasoned decisions. His roots are in outstate Minnesota: he was born in Mankato and practiced law in Fairmont and Hutchinson. He is a community volunteer and regularly engages in educational outreach for the Court. He deserves retention on the Court.
