Having served on the Winona county government study commission back in the mid 80s, I believe things have gotten out of whack from what our commission intended. A county coordinator is what we settled on after more than a year of meetings and voter input all over the county. Pat Blaisdell was the first one I believe. I’m voting for Steve Jacob and trust him to do the right thing for the people every time.
