At 7:22 a.m. deputies responded to a call of an overturned grain hauler on County Road 37 near Green Acres Drive in St. Charles. Caleb Conger, 21, of Stewartville, Minn., was hauling a truck load of corn when he approached a 90 degree turn. Conger admitted he was traveling too fast and when he began making the turn, the corn load shifted causing the truck to overturn. Deputies shut down the road for a short period of time while crews cleaned up the corn. No injuries were reported and no citations were given.

At 1:06 p.m. a Winona resident reported missing a prescription bottle containing 30 Adderall pills while she was at Fantastic Sam’s hair salon. The woman said she placed the prescription bag on top of her purse and went to the back room to get her hair cut. When she returned to the front of the store 30 minutes later, the prescription was gone.
At 6:14 p.m. a Perkins Family Restaurant employee reported missing $200 cash from her purse that was left unattended in a nonsecure break room.

At 1:42 a.m. police arrested and referred Jeremy Lee Bobo, 34, of Winona, for a warrant issued in Wisconsin for charges of domestic abuse and failure to pay bail after Bobo was found lethargic on the ground near Gould Street and Watkins Hall. According to the report, police were called to the area by Winona State University campus security. Officers recognized Bobo from prior incidents and determined there was a warrant for his arrest.
