Mark F. Peterson: 6,915 votes, 54.57 %, winner

George Borzyskowski: 5,642 votes, 44.53 %

Winona City Council At Large

Gabriel Vargas: 5,113 votes, 46.64 %

Paul Double: 5,756 votes, 52.50 %, winner

Winona City Council Ward 1

Chris Sanchez: 1,332 votes, 45.59 %

Allyn R. Thurley: 1,576 votes, 53.94 %, winner

Winona City Council Ward 3

Don Salyards: 1,443 votes, 49.06 %

Pamela Eyden: 1,475 votes, 50.15 %, winner

Winona County Board District 3

Steve Jacob: 2,468 votes, 50.72 %, winner
