Saturday, October 6

At 12:43 p.m. police ticketed and referred Theo Barry Putt, 70, of Winona, for indecent exposure after he allegedly walked into Menards and exposed himself several times to a cashier.

Monday, October 22

At 2:53 a.m. police ticketed Dwight Alen Beard, 36, of Stockton, for trespassing after he crawled through an open window of a residence in the 450 block of East Seventh Street. According to the report, a female complainant called police when she found Beard inside her residence standing over her bed.

Wednesday, Nov. 7

At 9:21 p.m. police arrested Allison Marjorie Tjossem, 28, of Winona, and Donnie Alan Lord, 38, of Winona, for fifth degree possession of a controlled substance, obstructing the legal process and possession of drug paraphernalia after police received information that Lord, who had a warrant for his arrest, was at the Sugar Loaf motel. When police arrived, Tjossem came to the door and said Lord was not in the hotel room. When police tried to gain entry into the room, Tjossem blocked the door. When police entered the room, they found Lord locked in the bathroom. Both were taken into custody. Police also found inside the room a hypodermic needle, plastic bag with a white, powdery substance that field tested positive for cocaine, and tin foil squares.

November 8

At 11:25 p.m. police arrested Lukus Daniel Fabian, 29, of Winona, for obstructing the legal process after he refused to leave the Hei and Low Tap after an altercation with another patron. According to the report, a bartender kicked Fabian out two hours prior to the incident and he returned. Witnesses said Fabian was picking fights with patrons in the outdoor patio in back of the bar. When officers arrived on the scene, they asked Fabian to leave. Fabian resisted police force and used his arms to block himself inside the outdoor patio. A struggle ensued and police eventually had to use mace to subdue a belligerent Fabian. Fabian was taken into custody and sent to detox where he refused to take a preliminary breath test.

District court

The Winona Police Department has referred Nadene Nicole Glenzinski, 29, of Arcadia, Wis., for a charge of financial transaction card fraud forgery after she allegedly stole a credit card from an Altura resident on October 8, 2012. According to the report, Glenzinski charged $2,593.45 on the credit card from stores in Winona and Onalaska, Wis.

The Winona Police Department has referred Andre Glen Schindlebeck, 37, of Winona, for a charge of financial transaction card fraud forgery after he used the debit card of a deceased female back in February. According to the report, family of the deceased woman noticed strange charges on her debit card statement and made a report. Schindlebeck was later identified as the person making purchases with the card and said he knew the deceased woman. Schindlebeck spent more than $75 at area gas stations and liquor stores.
