On at least two if not three occasions, I have questioned why our library subscribes to neither AMERICA nor NATIONAL CATHOLIC REPORTER--or any reputable Catholic journal (the COURIER does not qualify). The large Catholic population of Winona warrants the library’s correcting that problem.
I am attaching three sites reporting recent church news, interest in which extends beyond Catholic church doors. I’m sure you know that the Church is in turmoil and reportage from reputable Catholic sources is highly appropriate--unless the library has some principled reason for this gap in its periodical holdings.
