Was a game I really don’t want to remember
On this Sunday afternoon in early December
We lose to the Packers and that’s just a shame
A better quarterback and we would have won this game
Two touchdowns we had, Peterson, then Rudolph one
That was it, the scoring was done
Walsh missed a field goal, unusual at that
The Pack wins this one, and here we sat
Peterson’s so great, he had that 82 yard run
for a touchdown, no one could catch him, that was fun
It was his career long for a touchdown, he’s the best
More than I can say for some of the rest
He had 210 yards rushing, what a player we see
And if Harvin had been playing, a win it would be
But Ponder’s a problem, can’t Frazier see?
We need someone else to lead us, believe me!
