Winona Public Library winter events (01/06/2013)
The Winona Public Library presents an exhibit by Jay Lynn Johnson in the Bell Art Room. His paintings and sketches will be displayed from January 2 through February 5. You know the artist you only need look at his work and you will find love, forgiveness, beauty, ugliness, solitude, and suffering; it’s all there. Free and open to the public.

The Winona Public Library invites you to snuggle up with a good book this winter and participate in “Hot Reads for Cold Nights” a winter reading program for adults. Read or listen to four books, audio-books or eBooks and win a “Hot Reads” mug. Pick up an official entry form up at the reference desk. The program runs January 14 through Saturday February 23. A grand prize will be drawn from the entries.
