Winona Health invites community members to a free Community Health Talk, Mind, Spirit and Body, Wednesday, February 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. The program will be on the second floor of the clinic, 859 Mankato Avenue in Winona.
The program is designed to provide information, inspiration and motivation for individuals of all ages to take care of themselves so they feel their best mentally and physically. Presenters and topics will be:
Alicia Lalim, exercise physiologist and health/wellness coach, will share information about the aging process and benefits of exercise.
John Rislove, director of Inpatient Services, will address how a positive attitude impacts our mental health and overall happiness.
Heidi Ferris, dietitian, will provide tips and inspiration for enjoying food that tastes good and is good for you.
