|

Ice sculptor John Njoes of St. Paul is working on an ice sculpture which will feature imagery from Rockwell Kent's Moby-Dick illustrations. The sculpture, part of the Rockwell Kent Centennial Celebration, is on the east side of Winona State University's Science Learning Center. Carving should be finished by Wednesday evening. Njoes and his partner, Brian Cooper, will also carve a whale for February 6 at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum. |
