Jan. 24 early release day for students (01/23/2013)

Parents and child care providers are reminded that they will be welcoming students from Winona Area Public Schools, Bluffview Montessori School, Dakota Community School and Ridgeway Community School two hours earlier on Thursday, January 24, 2013. Elementary students will release at 12:10 p.m. or 12:15 p.m., depending on the school they attend. Secondary level students will be released at 1:30 pm. The early release day is to accomodate a WAPS professional development day for the continued implementation of professional learning community. Professional learning communities are aimed at improving student achievement. The district appreciates the cooperation of our families and our communities.
