At 10 p.m. on December 25, 2012, Buffalo County Sheriff’s Department arrested Kenneth Gady, 19, of Houston, Minn., for arson after he allegedly set fire to a Fish and Wildlife Service sign and a boathouse in Aghaming Park. Gady, who had been convicted of arson in the past, is charged with two counts of felony arson. The Fish and Wildlife Service in Winona is asking for $550 in restitution for damage to its sign.
