The Friends of the Refuge Headwaters and the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge invite you to join them for an evening of birding adventure. Scott Mehus, Education Director for the National Eagle Center in Wabasha, MN will present a program about Golden Eagles in the blufflands and the efforts to track them.
This presentation will be held at the Winona County History Center located at 160 Johnson Street in Winona, MN, on Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. The event is free but donations are appreciated.
