Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training is slated to start on Monday, February 25th and will consist of five three-hour classes that will meet once a week from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays at the Winona County Community Services building at 202 West Third Street in Winona. This training is free and open to the public. Those individuals who successfully complete the course will also receive appropriate response supplies.
