At 2:14 p.m. officers ticketed Kenneth Orville Dickson, 68, of Winona, with disorderly conduct after he allegedly threatened to shoot a cashier who he believed had given him too little change at Grace Place on the 500 block of East Second Street. According to the report, Dickson came in asking to speak to the manager and asking for the cashier’s contact information. Dickson allegedly said, “If I see her right now I would shoot her in the face,” and something else about getting men to beat her up. When officers arrived, a female employee was so upset that she had chest pain, and had to be given a nitroglycerin pill. Officers called medical assistance for the woman. According to the report, Dickson left the store and officers followed him to his residence where he allegedly told them, “I am so pissed, I could shoot that lady.”

At 2:06 p.m. officers ticketed Jamie Lee Barnes, 30, of Winona, for theft, after she allegedly stole parts of two air conditioning units and a dryer cord valued at $1100 from an apartment upon moving out.
At 1:24 p.m. a women reported a burglary at her residence on the 600 block of East Fifth Street. The woman said she had been out of town since Sunday, and returned to find the front door had been forced open and $600 in cash and her engagement ring valued at $2000 had been stolen from her counter.
