The National Eagle Centerís SOAR with the Eagles festival opens this weekend, March 2nd and 3rd. Celebrating the spring bald eagle migration along the Mississippi River, the annual SOAR festival offers special guest programs with live animals and flying birds, live eagle programs, the chance to get your photo with an eagle and more. This yearís SOAR with the Eagles will be held each of the first three weekends in March.
