Friday, March 1

At 12:06 p.m. officers received a report of a burglary at the 350 block of West 11th Street. A 20-year-old male reported having a PlayStation 3 valued at $200 and backpack valued at $20 stolen from his unlocked apartment.

Saturday, March 2

At 2:07 a.m officers arrested Mary Jo Urbick, 21, of Winona, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated. Officers stopped Urbick for driving in the parking lane and almost striking a parked vehicle. They noticed she appeared to be intoxicated, according to the report. A preliminary breath test indicated Urbick had a blood alcohol content of .10 percent.

At 8:22 a.m. officers arrested Courtney Lynn Meier, 21, of Winona, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated. Officers were called to an accident at Fourth and Vine streets where Meier allegedly collided with a parked car. Officers said Meier had watery eyes and smelled like alcohol. A preliminary breath test indicated she had a blood alcohol content of .16 percent.

At 3:38 p.m. officers received a report of the theft and use of a debit card from a male resident of the 350 block of East Sarnia Street. The man reported he had lost his wallet and that two charges totaling $29 were made before he was able to cancel his debit card.

Sunday, March 3

At 1:14 a.m. officers arrested Carissa Mae Breuer, 22, of Lake City, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated. Officers stopped Breuer at Ninth Street and Mankato Avenue for speeding, and noticed that Breuer appeared to be intoxicated, according to the report. A preliminary breath test indicated she had a blood alcohol content of .12 percent.

At 1:45 a.m. officers arrested German Antonio Dominguez-Perez, 30, of Winona for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third-degree driving while intoxicated, driving without a Minnesota license, speeding, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. An officer observed Dominguez-Perez going 44 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone and stopped him. According to the report, Dominguez-Perez stopped, then “lurched” away just as the officer stepped out of his patrol car. Dominguez-Perez allegedly pulled onto the boulevard of a nearby street, where the officer did approach him. A preliminary breath test indicated Dominguez-Perez had a blood alcohol content of .22. The vehicle Dominguez-Perez was driving was allegedly stolen from the 300 block of West Fourth Street earlier that night. Dominguez-Perez also allegedly hit a parked vehicle at Sixth and Winona streets before he was stopped, according to the report.

Monday, March 4

At 4:50 p.m. officers ticketed Adam Steven Neitzel, 25, of Arcadia, for shoplifting after he allegedly stole audio equipment and a data storage card valued at $45.98 from Shopko.
