St. Charles, Minn.

Going on this long is unhealthy for our town. After watching the St. Charles City Council meeting on Tuesday night—NO MORE! This should never have happened to a Mayo Clinic doctor and worse yet, one of our local people. Not allowing him to give his planned presentation and the way they did it. For the last decade our city has been running with too many troubles. The last year the frac sand debate has brought things to a near boiling point. It is clear that the great majority of the people do not want frac sand here. It is not right that one or two people in the city can hold back the wishes of nearly all of the people. If some of our elected people cannot bring themselves to do what is right they need to step down so things can start running peaceful and healthy again as it was years ago. To ever expect growth again, this must end now.
