Like St. Charles, more people in Winona are against fracking than are in favor of it, letís do it!
Winona County, thus the city of Winonaís air quality, diesel soot particularly is among the worst, get ready, in the country, letís add to it!
Once the traffic analysis is complete, weíll know where to put the additional truck routes through the city. It wonít be anywhere by my house. Thatís good! We donít want semis using residential streets like the ones using Sanborn between Franklin and Mankato and vice versa. Could be dangerous. Wait, I wonder, ummm! They are already using it.
Letís not forget the study weíre doing about upgrading the levee. We shouldnít worry that on a beautiful spring, summer, or fall day with a nice breeze, fine particulates from the west (harbor) and the east (processing plant) will undoubtedly be in the air. There are tourist dollars to mine!
Finally, we must hurry to mine frac sand because this particular sand is so magical that it might just get up and walk out of Winona County! After all we might not know its true benefit unless we ruin acres of land, now.
