McNally properties transferred to bank (03/18/2013)
By Sarah Squires
The condominium project long under construction on Winona's riverfront, along with the Tri-Mac lumber store, have both been transferred to River Bank of La Crosse, Wis. According to preliminary information about the transaction, the two parcels were transferred to the bank, and former owner Dave McNally's interest in the two properties were transferred to the bank, as well. According to the Winona County Assessor's internet database, the Tri-Mac property was valued at $548,200 in 2013, and the partially complete condo was valued at $1.546 million.

McNally confirmed Friday that the transaction had taken place but declined to comment further.
