Mikrut should have built a fence (03/27/2013)
From: Michael Forsythe

Comments: I have been following with interest the developing story of Rich Mikrutís request for a variance to allow more rail spurs at the former McConnon property. Mr. Mikrut says he is planning to create a natural growth barrier between the property and that of adjoining homeowners. I believe a review of the existing arbitration agreement between Mr. Mikrut and the city will show that the creation of such a barrier was stipulated several years ago. It is appropriate to ask Mr. Mikrut why he has not yet complied with the agreement. I urge city officials to monitor further development of the property very closely.
