Coley got away but was ticketed by police at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, when he returned to Walmart and attempted to leave with $132 in clothing without paying, according to the report. Walmart security recognized him as the individual who stole the laptop the day before.
Then, later that same day, Coley was arrested for allegedly shoplifting an iPhone 5 valued at $735 from the Sprint store. Police officials said that prosecutors may combine Coley’s alleged offenses and charge Coley with felony theft.
