On Friday, March 22, many people gathered for the closing prayer vigil of “40 Days for Life,” including 37 seminarians from Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary, priests, the Most Reverend Bishop John M. Quinn, and community members. Semcac was the location, which is a delegate of Planned Parenthood and refers women for abortions, plus prescribes birth control that can be abortifacient in nature. This event occurs across the country and internationally and has been most successful in raising awareness of abortion. Over 7,300 babies have been saved from abortion since 2007, and mothers have received peace and hope.
